La proximité avec le centre ville et des commerces , appartement spacieux, propriétaire réactif et sympathique. Bon chauffage.
Réglage de la douche difficile , pour les PMR escalier de 12marches pour accéder à l’entre sol où se situe l’entrée de l’appartement.
