The communication with Zoran was excellent with prompt clear replies, flexibility in meeting us earlier for early access & assisting with luggage.
The location was excellent wth easy access to old town and there was a lift in the building. Great for a short stay.

The staff who checked us in was very nice. The apartment was very clean and modern, it had all the amenities needed for a short stay in Zagreb. It felt very safe and quiet. 15-minute walk to the bus station, 10-minite walk to popular walking street with lots of restaurants that are even open on Sundays.
We only stayed in Zagreb one night but we would have loved to stay in this apartment longer. We would definitely stay here again. It is small but the space is used well.

- location is good if you want to visit the city center
- the appliances and air conditioning were working
- the room I got was much smaller than in the pictures, the couch fills all the "living-room" when opened, bedroom marginally bigger than the bed. I think the other rooms, from the pictures, were bigger.
- the sheets had stains
