Friendly helpful hosts - welcome food package appreciated . Apartment very well planned, clean, neat and spacious with a balcony onto a quiet road. Very well located for enjoying beautiful Zagreb as well as watching Croatia playing against England with enthusiastic locals at Bar around the corner

Good location
I rarely drink alcohol in room but others may take note that there was note in Croatian "alcohol not allowed". I was woken on two days with building construction noise at 8AM, it almost sounded like someone drilling hole in walls from other side. Builder forgot to create space to keep toiletries in bathroom, as a result, bath gel was left on bathroom floor.

Excellent location, very convenient to walk to and from the city centre. Loved that the apartment was super clean when we arrived. I also appreciated the loaf of bread and drink options provided. Something to note: I was a bit worried when I didn't get a reply to my Booking.com messages after a few days – but when I emailed them directly, the staff were responsive and helpful.
It was a functional apartment in an excellent location so I didn't really have issues. If there was anything to improve, perhaps slightly firmer pillows would have been nice. The ones provided were just a bit too flat and didn't really give a lot of neck support.
