The apartment was cosy , had all necessary equipment and was clean. The location is very central and the public parking is just few meters away
I didn’t know it was on the basement floor, however is still bright and spacious

Localização excelente, apartamento muito agradável,.com tudo o que era necessário para 4 pessoas. Decorado com muito gosto
O prédio é muito antigo, o cheiro a humidade nas escadas e no átrio à porta do apartamento (com baldes e esfregonas à porta) não são muito agradáveis quando se chega (mas da porta para dentro, estava tudo perfeito!)

Ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro. El apartamento es exactamente igual que en las fotos.
El apartamento está en el sótano del edificio pero con una ventana al exterior. El mayor problema es el olor a humedad que se nota dentro del apartamento. Además, la escalera de entrada está bastante deteriorada y justo enfrente del apartamento hay un cuarto en muy mal estado, con olor a humedad y que da muy mala sensación.
