Perfect for 2 families as the apartments are opposite each other. Sapphire is slightly bigger with 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen/lounge area. It’s within walking distance from the train station and downtown Zagreb. It was quiet, a good temperature and with blackout blinds we slept well. They provide thoughtful little extras like washing powder, tea and coffee. The kitchen is well stocked.
Nothing. It was lovely. As with a lot of Zagreb, the building on the outside bears no relationship to the apartments inside. The outside looks tired, old and run down but inside is lovely.

Our apartment had an odd layout but we soon got used to it and it was great. Everything was decorated so cute. The sunshine would come into the kitchen in the morning. Very homey. It had everything you needed to cook a little bit and do some laundry. Location was good. Nice and quiet.
There were little nats or fruit flies or some type of tiny flying bugs inside. It was very irritating while eating and sleeping. The bathroom was very nice but the shower water would turn cool then warm.

The mattresses in the main room has to be changed - horrible sleeping nights !!!!! Mattress is out of shape and horribly soft
