The apartment was very clean and nice, located in the center.

nothing as everything works and whatever we need it was there.

This Apartment was so spacious, clean, and bright. The location was brilliant, the beds very comfortable. Had a little problem when we arrived but was resolved very fast, excellent communication.

It's not that we didn't like but apartment is lower ground and bedrooms are to the front so you do get alot of noise a night for awhile but it's a small price to pay for the perfect location, everything on your door step.

The unit itself was in an excellent location and the rooms were appropriate for the size of my family. Access was pretty straightforward using the code and the key provided.

- I reported that there was ceiling fragment which fell at the entrance of the unit which was an extreme safety risk. Thankfully this did not fall while we were climbing the stairs. - I also reported that there was broken glass fragments on the floor which cut my daughters foot. I requested for a vacuum to have the unit cleaned. This was acknowledged but no action was taken - The bathroom shower took forever to drain. Clearly, there is a need to properly clean the shower area and drain - The kitchen was not set up for proper cooking. Although there were pots and and a single pan available, the utensils were sub-par and the fridge was much too small - In the post, it was shared there would be regularly cleaning as well as towel replacements, this did not happen. We were in the unit for 12 days and nobody came to clean. I used the washing machine to wash the towels myself, but was not able to vacuum or sweep the floors, or get new and fresh bedsheets.
