The studio comes with a comfortable queen-size bed, an extendable sofa, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with a spacious bathtub comes with fresh towels and toiletries.
The studio comes with a Nespresso machine for your convenience, too!
The Space:
Our design studio apartment is situated just a few steps away from the heart of the old town! It measures 32sqm.
It comes with a king-size bed (180cm wide) and an extendable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped. In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are a lot of famous restaurants nearby!
The bathroom is modern and comes with a spacious bathtub, fresh towels, and hotel-like toiletries.
Smart TV with the cable offers you a variety of local and international channels.
Guest Access:
Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!
The Neighborhood:
Our modern apartment is located in a beautiful part of the city in a historical building. The main train station is just 200 meters away and the city center is easily accessible by foot.
You can enjoy morning walks through the beautiful esplanades or take a quick walk to the Ban Jelačić Square, just a few minutes away from the building!
The Ban Jelačić Square, the Zagreb Cathedral, the Upper Town and all other major attractions are just 5 minutes of walk away from the building.
You can't imagine a better location for exploring the city in the shortest time possible. Grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops are just a few minutes of walk away from the apartment!
Getting Around:
Since this apartment is located just a few minutes away from the city center, most of the attractions are accessible by foot. However, if you would like to experience the outskirts of the city, the tram station is located only a few minutes from the building.
The main station is located by the main train station ("Glavni Kolodvor") which is just a few minutes walk away from the building.
If you are getting by the bus, the main bus station is a 15-minute walk away from the room. Also, tram line number 6 goes directly to the main bus station and back.
The apartment doesn't come with a free parking spot, but feel free to contact us for suggestions!

My son and I recently stayed at a Vrbo unit in Zagreb, Croatia, called "Lux Nest III City Apartment URBAN STAY." This unit was great, and we enjoyed our stay very much. But I'd like to describe a communication glitch at check-in:
I booked this unit through Vrbo, so I expected all communication to occur with Vrbo. I didn't realize that "URBAN STAY" was an organization (not just part of the unit's name), and that I should expect email from them.
Before check-in, URBAN STAY started sending me emails to explain the check-in procedure, but I didn't open them because I didn't recognize the sender's name and thought they were spam.
Not knowing how to check in, I contacted Vrbo support, who told me about URBAN STAY. URBAN STAY then contacted me over WhatsApp, and our check-in succeeded.
Yes, it was my fault for not understanding the role that URBAN STAY played, and URBAN STAY did everything right.
However, I'd like to suggest a change that could avoid client confusion like this in the future:
When a Vrbo reservation is, in fact, a reservation with a third party (an organization like URBAN STAY), could you please make it clearer to clients that communications will originate with that third party?
Or, better yet, figure out how to make the third-party's emails appear as if Vrbo is the sender. (This is technically possible -- perhaps by using "spoofing.")
