Beware that the 3rd room Is an open space above the living room.

Beautiful view and balcony .

It did not have three bedrooms, it had two bedrooms and a mezzanine, with no door. The walk to the pool involved going up and down a very steep hill. It was free to use but open to the paying public, do not really a private pool.

Gut geschnitten, tolle Aussicht, 2 Bäder.

In die Jahre gekommen, ungepflegt und sehr schmutzig. Bäder sehr verkalkt und dreckig. Abfluss am Waschbecken verstopft und Bidets nicht nutzbar. Duschbrausen stark verkalkt, es kam kaum Wasser. Bettdecken und Kopfkissen verschmutzt.

Passend für einen Kurztrip.

Die Lage mit der Aussicht war wunderschön. Die Wohnung sehr gross. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Parkplätze sehr nah.

Ein Schlafzimmer ist offen unter dem Dach auf einer Galerie, das war so nicht kommuniziert worden. Der Pool ist nur über eine steile Straße zu erreichen, wir mussten mit dem Auto fahren. Das ist für kleine Kinder oder ältere Menschen nicht machbar zu Fuss, besonders wenn es sehr heiß ist. Die Ausstattung ist zusammengewürfelt und knapp bemessen. 6 Wassergläser für 6 Personen!!! Kontakt mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort ausschließlich per WhatsApp.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den See, schöne Terrasse, genügend Platz über 3 Schlafzimmer. Gute, ruhige Lage.

Objektiv betrachtet: W-LAN funktioniert nur teilweise, Anfrage bei Agentur ergibt Hinweis auf Problemlösung durch Vermieter, aber die Agentur vor Ort wickelt alle Geschäfte ab und wir hatten keine Kontaktmöglichkeit zum Vermieter. Kein Wasserkocher, aus einer Dusche kommt kaum Wasser. Tagespreis ist trotz toller Lage etwas zu hoch.

Séjour agréable sur le lac majeur dans un appartement très bien équipé

Piscine privatisée le jour de notre arrivée alors que mes petites filles rêvaient de se baigner. Fuite d'eau importante dans les wc jamais réparée.

Très bon séjour

La vue, depuis le balcon, est époustouflante. Elle correspond exactement aux photos de présentation. L'appartement est central et permet de visiter les 2 cotés du lac.

Problèmes de chauffage et de plomberie : - Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée (dépannage par "Alex") - Débits aux robinets et à la douche très faibles - 1 WC coule en permanence (Consommation d'eau +++)
