Best place to stay in Laveno. Amazing view, and nice apartment. Excellent Location!

The lights in the bedroom were poor. Not so much lights overall in the apartment made it a bit dark.

Lake view

Modern apartment close to the town centre offering a beautiful view of Lago Maggiore. Well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The host, Anna, was helpful and friendly. Would definitely consider going back again.

Beautiful views and central location

Beautiful views. Clean, modern and spacious apartment which has everything you need. Anna (the host) supplied lots of extras for cleaning etc. Lots of cupboard space. Central location. Close to amenities and restaurants. Kopi club restaurant is on the lake front and has very good quality food at reasonable prices. Friendly host :)

Please note that suitcases need to be carried up a staircase (for now - they will be installing a lift). There is currently construction on site, but its not bothersome - as they start after 8:30 and we were mostly out.

Exceptional

Very lovely place to stay with a beautiful lake scenery from the balcony. Clean and well equipped. Just 5 minutes walk from the port, railways and busses, so good accessability to other villages of Lago Maggiore. Staff very nice and helpfull. We as a couple recommend this apartment. In June the fan and closed/opened windows were enough to cool down the apartment for the night.

The apartment I Fiori del Lago was excellent accommodation for us. Our host, Laura, was lovely.

Great location with fabulous views of the town and lake. Very professional service from our host, Laura. She was also very nice and hospitable. A great place to stay.

Parking can be a problem, but we were able to find a spot and took public transport most of the time. It is still worth renting an apartment here, as parking spaces do become available and the road is very small.

Location was good, in a silent neighborhood, short walking distance to the main street. The apartment is spacious and has a big balcony with nice views to the lake.

Never been in Italy anywhere, that there is no coffee maker. Couldn´t first believe that there really is only a kettle! That should be fixed for next guests.

It was hard to get the key. There was no mention that you had to get the keys in Kopi Club, a restaurant nearby the residence.

Lovely new flat without internet

Great lovely and new apartment, which have everything you may need (well equipped kitchen, perfect shower, spacious & lighting (inside) wardrobes in a dressing room! Highlight, the beautiful views to the lake form the balcony-terrace; it is very nice have your breakfast or dinner there!

WIFI, is NOT working; you can connect to it, but it is not active! As it is being happening lately, flat has internet connection but they have suspended the services. It's always easy to argue that MOMENTARILY it doesn't work. We "somehow" accepted their offer to connect WIFI in the owner restaurant (12 min walking from apartment), and to have breakfast there. BUT, we were charged with 15€ for a simple breakfast!! Inevitably it impacted negatively to our overall experience!

Pulizia ottima, dotazioni per cucina e camere e bagno ok.

Non ho apprezzato la soluzione aria condizionata tramite condizionatore mobile, che seppur era d’aiuto, costringeva a tenere aperto il balcone per fuoriuscita tubi. Purtroppo la mancanza di zanzariere è stato un problema per le zanzare entravano.

Excelente alojamiento en calidad/precio para descubrir el lago Maggiore.

La anfitriona Anna fue muy simpática y servicial. Llegamos muy tarde debido a qué tuvimos algunos problemas por inundaciones en algunas carreteras y ella nos estaba esperando en el alojamiento. Me parece que está en un lugar muy bueno para conocer el lago Maggiore, se puede utilizar un ferry a Intra y desde allí ir a otras localizaciones como las islas borromeas. El pueblo tiene todos los servicios que puedes necesitar. La relación calidad precio nos pareció muy buena. Fue de los alojamientos más económicos que encontramos en nuestro viaje por los lagos del norte de Italia y estaba muy bien, a la altura de otros mucho menos económicos. Desde el alojamiento hasta el muelle de ferris, el funivia y el supermercado del centro del pueblo son solo unos minutos de cómodo paseo.

Nos gustó en general todo. Lo único es que estábamos en la planta baja y no teníamos vistas al lago... si hubiéramos estado un piso más arriba si podríamos haber disfrutado de las vistas.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, la qualité de literie malgré que nous étions dans des canapés convertibles et l’accueil de la propriétaire qui est très gentille et disponible pour toute question.

L’immeuble est un peu bruyant, travaux, scooter, personnes et 2 chiens qui passent leur temps a aboyer…
