Really close to the centre of Windermere, all restaurants & shops on your doorstep. some fantastic walks to be done!
The only gripe I have, the front door is a little bit sticky, so is sometimes a struggle to close.

Perfect location, the rooms were decent sizes and plenty of space. Clean and nicely decorated.
The hot tub lights didn’t work well and it was difficult to work out how to remove the cover with the pole. Shower was always luke warm and no heating so was freezing all weekend

Location was excellent, very near shops and restaurants. Very good value for money with five people sharing the costs. Excellent heating system for a cold March. one parking space in the back alley. Hot Tub was well maintained.
Radiator still not working in back bedroom. I have seen this comment in previous reviews. Disappointed that parking permit was not available. Made it more difficult and expensive with two cars. Front bedroom en-suite is very small. Large mirror in kitchen in the pictures makes it appear much bigger that it is.

Location, facilities - especially the hot tub.
The only problem we had was not being able to find the first aid kit.
