Location was great, lots of places to eat and supermarkets in walking distance with bowness about a 30 min easy walk or bus stop right by booths. It had everything we needed for the weekend, super clean and comfy beds. Our dogs and toddler loved it, with it being open plan downstairs, will definitely be returning. Partner was also thankful for the hot tub after the marathon!
Not a negative more of an FYI - Toddler and I were in the front bedroom, I’d bring a travel blackout blind (luckily I did) as the sun made the room so bright when you’re going to bed between 7-8pm even with the Venetian blinds they have

The location, spotlessly clean and modern,the facilities and attention to detail are perfect Hot tub a bonus Parking permit for on street parking outside the property a big plus Communication from Leigh was superb and the early check in was great service
