Easy Rooms and Minimart

The cutest hosts! We loved everything here - nice clean big rooms, the shop, the location. If youre thinking of staying in Long beach - book this!

I had a terrible experience at this accommodation. Before booking, I specifically asked if the room had a desk, as I work remotely. They assured me they could provide one, but what I received was a tiny children's table, which was completely unsuitable. Communication was also a disaster. I inquired about payment and changing the reservation for two people, but they never responded. When my friend arrived first, he was checked in without issue. However, after I arrived and paid them, I was suddenly told that there was no proper desk, that the second key they had given us would be taken back and that I have reservation only for one person. (They kept using this as an argument to justify themselves to Booking.com) The owner was incredibly rude, laughed in my face, and told me to find another place to stay —refusing to refund my money. The WiFi barely worked, making it impossible to work. Basic toiletries, which were listed in the description, were missing (not even soap!), towels were not changed for four days, and trash was left unemptied until we specifically requested service. The hallway smelled like garbage. After four days, I had no choice but to leave—without any compensation. Don't trust anything they day; they were only polite until I paid. Avoid this place at all costs! I travel often and have never had a reason to leave a negative review, but what I experienced here completely ruined my stay in Thailand.

They are kind. Close to a beach.

Shower is too much weak, too few water, not hot as same as water.

Cheap and clean rooms. Close to beach and restaurants. Owners very helpful with motor bikes if you need.

Some noise at night from the surrounding bars/road/karaoke, but no big problem for me. Just for info.

The family is so nice and very helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.
