Room, shower, cupboard, warm, all you need for a short ski trip
Nice breakfast with different pastries, coffee and fruit. Location is on a quiet road just uphill from a parking area, so very quiet at night. Close to Salette gondola parking area (5 mins), although try to get there early. Access road is narrow and slightly uphill so make sure you have winter tyres, or just park in the parking area. Mattress very good and nice firm pillow. Host seems kind, but we don't speak Italian
Wifi would drop out quite often. Some noises from upstairs at 730 am but I guess we should be getting up to get ready to ski anyway.

Owner asked us to pay the city tax at breakfast on day of check out. We didn’t have any cash and offered to pay the 2 EUROS on a card. She then reported us to booking.com. Nothing we could have done.
Also, during check-in, we waited outside in the cold because it was unclear where the key was. we called and she hung up on us and said she would write us a message. Unprofessional on all accounts. Wouldn’t stay again

Letto molto comodo.
B&B molto accogliente e curato. La stanza ha un ingresso indipendente con un piccolo terrazzino con tavolo e sedie. La camera è il bagno sono completi di tutto, non manca nulla. La proprietaria molto gentile e professionale. Ottima colazione abbondante sia con dolce che salato.

Imbarazzante e ladra

Siamo arrivati al B&B Maison Odille e la proprietaria si è accorta che la prenotazione era per una sola persona in una stanza doppia. Abbiamo chiesto di aumentare a due persone indicandoci la cifra aggiuntiva per il servizio di asciugamani, visto che la camera era già doppia. La signora non ci ha indicato subito la cifra e ha detto che ci avrebbe informati il giorno successivo. Il giorno successivo ci richiede ben 150€ (una cifra spropositata in un B&B per una camera già pagata come matrimoniale). Paghiamo comunque l’intera cifra in contanti e la signora non ci fornisce alcuna ricevuta. Mi sarei aspettata che modificasse su Booking la prenotazione con due persone e con l’aggiunta dei 150€ ma non succede nulla. Nel tardo pomeriggio quindi scriviamo chiedendo la ricevuta e lei risponde che per avere la ricevuta avrebbe dovuto chiederci più soldi. Rispondiamo che assolutamente non avremmo pagato oltre, visto che non ci ha mai riferito che il pagamento era “scontato” perché in contanti e visto che desideravamo un pagamento del tutto regolare. La signora si è molto innervosita alla nostra risposta e ha mandato un’altra richiesta di pagamento su booking di ben 360€, nonostante abbia già ricevuto i 150€ in contanti per i quali ancora oggi non abbiamo la ricevuta. Aggiungo inoltre che abbiamo provato a prenotare la stessa stanza su booking per due adulti per lo stesso weekend o per i successivi e il prezzo rimaneva invariato o si alzava di circa 30/40€, dimostrazione che i 150€ aggiuntivi che la signora ci ha chiesto sono del tutto irragionevoli e non necessari a coprire costi per la persona aggiuntiva.
Non aggiungo altro sui toni sgarbati della signora, che ci accusato di non saper scrivere e non saper prenotare una stanza per un semplice errore.
La situazione è stata imbarazzante e a dir poco mal gestita, tutt’oggi non abbiamo una ricevuta dell’aggiunta al soggiorno.
