La filosofia della gestione , i materiali la pietra e il legno tipici degli chalet montani. La colazione presentata e descritta con i prodotti tipici a km 0.
Per la cifra richiesta mi aspettavo una maggiore cura e precisione nella pulizia della stanza e degli ambienti esterni. Ci sono tanti elementi ed è difficile tenere tutto in ordine e pulito. Il bagno cieco , l''illuminazione e una porta scorrevole in vetro che non rimaneva chiusa non hanno reso confortevole il suo utilizzo.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari e del personale. A prima vista la struttura molto bella ma purtroppo ci sono delle cose che bisognerebbe migliorare.
Lasciano gli utensili da giardinaggio in bella vista nella struttura, una scala lasciata in un’angolo del giardino…forse un po’ più di attenzione non guasterebbe. Nella stanza dove siamo stati ospitati non c’era un vero armadio dove appendere gli abiti ma delle cose improvvisate (strane) che un paio di volte ci sono anche cadute. La porta della doccia non si chiude ermeticamente e ci si trova un sacco di acqua sul pavimento del bagno e alla doccia mancava una manopola…Ci sono disattenzioni nelle finiture!

The BnB is a really nice place, in an excellent location just outside Valtournenche (3 minutes by car) where the owners will take great care of you! The personal space is clean and corresponds exactly to the offer.
Very good advice regarding hiking tours and activities from the owners made our stay even nicer and easier to organise on a day-to-day basis.
