It was a fantastic experience, and the staff at the reception were especially welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
I will definitely stay there again in the future. It will always be my first choice whenever I visit.

Staff were professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and good for the price with a sink and plenty of storage space and hangers.
The room was in the basement and looked out on a pile of discarded plasterboard, etc. as renovations were being carried out. The shared toilets were very narrow and sometimes dirty. We had planned to use the kitchen but didn't as there was no window and it didn't seem very clean. There was a bad smell in the corridor leading to the room.
