the student in room 210 is clean. and no issues, the facilities and location are good
there is an elderly/middle-aged Australian women on the 2nd floor who is bullying others in the kitchen: she wants to make her own rules who is supposed to use which facilities, and who not. annoying!

The staff were friendly, the location was very good too
The toilets could have been cleaner and more presentable their condition left a bit to be desired

I liked that it was nearby the station, museums, shops and restaurants.
The kitchen bins were overflowing with some flies.
