I stayed at Onefam for two weekends back to back, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in London. All the rooms and common areas (including the showers and toilets) were very clean and tidy. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and lovely – especially Leo, who was amazing guy

The place is well kept and clean Location is perfect And the vibe staff create is amazing

They have free towels and free luggage storage available--the latter even after you have checked out. Along with the free (veggie) dinners every night made by staff, it is a very cost-effective stay.
The laundromat was out of order. The other guests were a mixed bag, I met some great people, but there was also a depressed man using the hostel for some kind of bender. Most guests were just there to party and drink every night.
