I met some lovely people during my time here. However, I did observe several Health & Safety and Food & Hygiene concerns. These included staff sitting in front of doorways and fire exits, as well as certain staff members who appeared to be drunk, loud, and lying on the staircases early one morning. I also witnessed a staff member vaping indoors. This staff works on the reception.
At one point, I overheard a staff member complaining about my dietary requirements, apparently because of the shoes I was wearing. I don’t see why being pescatarian for health reasons should be an issue.
That said, the facility itself is relatively clean, and there are a handful of staff members who carry out their work with genuine professionalism.

런던물가에 비해서 저렴하고 안전한 위치 숙소 잘 구한거 같다. 아침에 식빵, 시리얼, 우유, 주스 등 공짜로 먹을 수 있다. 그래서 그런지 장기 숙소자들이 많은거 같다. 그리고 우유랑 식빵은 무제한 제공인거 같고, 직원분들도 다 친절하셨다.

Amazing team of volunteers people working there … great breakfast and dinner … events and social activities organized every night … really felt like community was the focus team and if you introvert or extrovert- just participate at the games activities, talk to people at common area and your day will go by Amazing- with new friends!
