    We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at this hotel. It was excellent value for money, with a great location and very good facilities. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were outstanding throughout, especially Miohammed, who was incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would totally recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back in the future.

    the floor is awful, it’s super dirty and floor plank is peeling off Bathroom hygiene is fine Rooms size is tiny but that’s UK Location is convenience and quiet Staff is nice

    To mark the end of Dec 2024, my trip to London has been a memorable one. The location of The Jade has been essential to me travelling around London. The reception staff especially has been extremely helpful during the last day of my stay (31 Dec). The staff actually went out of his way to catch our taxi which had been waiting at the wrong location. A major plus even for a small hotel. I would definitely recommend anyone who is travelling to London for the first time, to enjoy the hotel, it's warmth hospitality of the staff and the coziness of Earl's Court area.
