The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of the state they’ve let this place get into, it is filthy and rundown , Agoda won’t let me upload photos but to give you an idea the toilet was stained the white shower current had a margin of about 30cms of brown stains , the whole bathroom stank. The place was filthy, the only thing that was clean was the sheets and at *** a night in peak season this is just outrageous. The rooms at the back of the hotel back directly on to the train tracks , trains run everyday from 5:15 am until 1:15am, if you are on this side you will not get a good night’s sleep, I asked to be moved and was told that they would let me know by 11am, I returned in the evening, to signs on the doors saying that there were vacancies only to be told that there were no rooms available. The only option I was given was a room without a bathroom , given that the private bathrooms were so disgusting I didn’t want to chance that or felt that I should have to after paying for an en-suite. The location is excellent but I have stayed in many far superior hotels in this area and recommend that you choose another option too

I enjoyed my stay due to comfortable room, friendly and flexible staff. I would have extended if I had the budget but prices everywhere were incredibly high the following night. Will return to stay there when I can.

Location is fantastic. Very near train station and walking distance to Kensington Gardens. I felt safe. Quite a few eateries and supermarkets. But the hotel is not maintained. Furniture is old and toilet is stained.
