    Good hotel and close to transportions easy to go around the city. Plenty shops around

    Had stayed at this hotel last year and chose it again because of the location close to the Earls Court Tube station and because the rooms have AC. The rooms are now getting a little tired and need some updating and regular maintenance. Going by the card on the room phone, it used to be a Best Western, and it appears that no updating has happened since that change. Had a few minor issues but were take care of. Rooms at the rear face the tube line, so a little train noise if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast, if included, was great.

    Stayed here previously and was a decent stay so i came back. Had two bookings that i wanted to combine so i asked the hotel through messages to do that. They said they upgraded my room for free so the bookings would be able to be combined. When i arrived i was given the smallest room with no water and was not told about and breakfast of sorts. A friend of mine who paid less for the same room got a bigger room with free breakfast and free water daily. Was not interested in complaining to staff during my stay as it was mid heatwave and after finding out i only wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible.
