    8.4 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
As a solo traveller, my three different rooms over my stays in Uk were extremely small but modern and comfortable. Each bathroom was new and sparkling but not roomy. Once in my room, I was comfortable but the four floors of an old Victorian residence were a hive of corridors, so be prepared. The lift was efficient - thank goodness. The location and the basic breakfast available as well as quite a good price for the area, made it comfortable and convenient for me but some people might be deterred by the small rooms and corridors of the old but renovated Victorian residence. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent as I could organise my trips for exploring London on public transport so easily, and I did. If prepared for smaller rooms and corridors and just using it as a base from which to explore, this Heeton Concept in Kensington was a good choice.

We were changed to another room but not told till we had been checked in, only at the lift were we told we had bunk beds not a twin and there was 3 lots of bunk beds which was an appalling first night and after complaining and threatening to Sue by breach of contract and not being told till we actually paid for the room we’re we told so they then moved us to our original room which was fine?

I booked 1 couple room, but, given to us a room with 8 single beds. I had to sleep without my wife and I asked if it's possible a baby coat, but they didn't fulfill my request and didn't have explain the reason. Cleaning is nice Safety Staff depends on the person who is there that day
