    I enjoyed my stay, Hotel is nice, clean and air conditioned, I traveled in summer it was quite hot , (August year 2026) but the air conditioning was not efficient there was a problem with the cooling system, toilet and shower was clean , it is few steps away from earl’s court train station you could easily reach to the Piccadilly Circus ( regent street), there are plenty of eateries around. Overall its a good hotel specially if you are a solo budget traveler. Enjoy

    The street is beautiful, the location is 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station and about 20 minutes walk from Kensington Gardens. They have great non-noisy fire-doors that can’t be slammed. This means no loud wakes when someone comes in late. We were on the top floor, room is not spacious at all, the bed is super high so not easy with a toddler as difficult for them to get up and down. I got bitten many many times one night by some insects, (i had let the window open overnight), I let the staff know. They checked the room for any bugs but didn’t change the sheets which i would have hoped for. The TV wasn’t working for part of the stay. The aircon works well but is facing the bed so you get the air on your face the whole night. The shower door doesn’t close properly. Staff was approachable and friendly, and responsible when I queried the TV and bites issues. They have free sim cards at reception that you can top up online. All in all, an ok stay but I would opt for a bigger room next time.

    The hotel is full of bedbugs. We were initially put in a ground-floor room that smelled of mold. My husband, my child, and I were bitten on the very first night. After we complained, they moved us to an upper floor, but there were bedbugs there too.
