In addition to being located right on the beach, visitors of all ages are sure to have a fantastic time at Shipwreck Island Waterpark located right across the street. Visit a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf.
THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 19 (PH) Penthouse above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Room was nice. Room was nice. Did find a couple stray socks from previous stay. On check out morning the elevator stopped working. Called vacasa they said to either take the stairs or wait until 9am when guest services/ security arrived. Very unfortunate and upsetting experience as we planned to leave at 6am and room is on the very top floor.

An amazing view with comfortable beds! There were a few issues with the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was an enjoyable stay.
