THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the view, amenities, and cleanliness. The bed was VERY firm and unlike some condos I've stayed at, it's bare. Meaning, only a few appliances (toaster, blender, pots/pans, etc.), towels, soaps and toiletries. Other condos I've stayed at would have seasonings, basic nessities (sugar, salt/pepper, flour) and this one didn't, so be prepared to bring your own or buy it while you stay. Very well maintained property and loved the pool and short walk to the beach. They are working on the elevators, so be prepared for that as well. Very friendly staff!

One thing I really liked about this place is they did not have any feathered pillows, which was awesome! regular pillows are more supportive. But as far as that, I would not recommend this property. I’ve heard people who’ve been there in the past years, saying the same thing, the elevators are not working again (and I said and you’re back) and we experience that as well. We were on the 15th floor, and we walked down to the ground floor, using the stairwell it was hot and muggy. The elevator was hot and muggy. There are two elevators and only one worked and when it did work, it was slow and people were trying to get on as many as they could squeeze in there, elbow to elbow! As far as the unit, it was clean and pretty basic, the oven didn’t work very well. It took 25 minutes for it to heat up to 350, then it took another 20 minutes to cook the pizza . I could not find a frying pan or any other sauce pan! good thing I was only one of me that drank coffee because it was only a 4 cup small coffee pot not a regular size one.
