Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000 sq ft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

We were originally on the other side of the state and were evacuated. We were lucky enough to snag this rental.
If anyone watches The Office.. remember the Scrutte’s rules song? Know your rules.. you better know your rules. Not that they are bad rules to have they are a bit strict. $100 for any infractions.
Also, if it’s a windy day the elevators are a bit annoying.
We will definitely stay again. The room was perfection.
