Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000 sq ft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

Balcony is Great and roomy.The tubs were a little dirty.Attention should be given too the guest room tub floor & around corners of tub in master bath.

We had a wonderful stay! Super easy check in, very beautiful ocean view, very nice area! The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice as well! We will definitely be back!

The condo was nice; however the elevator situation in this building was awful. There are two elevators for 18 floors. We waited 25-30 minutes every time we wanted to leave the 7th floor. Every guest we encountered complained about the elevators. I would not stay at this condo again because it took too long to just go down to the pool.
