This fifth-floor condo has been updated with new wood-style tile flooring throughout and has access to a large balcony from both the master bedroom and the living room. More features include a well-equipped kitchen and in-home laundry for added convenience. Additional sleeping can be found in the living room on a queen sofa bed.
Walk down the county pier for great views of the water, or grab a bite at Bayou on the Beach, Saltwater Grill, or The Wicked Wheel. Spend a day riding waterslides and lounging in the lazy river at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Pick up souvenirs at Monkey Shack or Sunsations. Rent a scooter and cruise Front Beach Road with the Gulf air surrounding you.
THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Great views, homey vibes and very clean. Would encourage beach chairs be added to take down and also some upgrades to the kitchen items / master bathroom area.

We have stayed at Sterling Reef many times and have never had a bad experience

The room was nice. The security and other staff were very friendly. Me and my husband both smoke and the only place on the property that you can smoke is the 3rd level parking garage terrace. It was extremely inconvenient. Would have made our stay a lot more comfortable if we could have smoked on the balcony. We will not stay at Sterling Reef again.
