The Gulf World Aquarium is three miles southwest where you can enjoy a wonderful afternoon interacting with dolphins. Pier Park is the hot spot for shopping in Panama City Beach and it’s only four miles west! And for additional dining, shopping, attractions, Front Beach Road is brimming with restaurants and more for you to easily enjoy.
THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Vacasa property management is not one that I will ever use again. The property is not being managed well. I'm not sure the place had been cleaned; light bulbs were all blown in the master bdrm; master toilet continued running after every flush; cooking sheets were in terrible shape; did not provide linens and pillows for sofa sleeper. Just Not Impressed at all. They did, on the second day of our stay come and take care of issues and provide linens after many texts and phone calls. Condo itself could be a nice one with some updates. Beds so noisy the other person could not turn over without waking partner. Noticed last morning there that the fitted sheet was on the bed wrong side out, making me wonder further if the linens were clean. So disappointed.
