Wake up each morning and step out to the private balcony for a breath of fresh air and the sound of the tide below. Whipping up a tasty breakfast will be a breeze in the full kitchen and everyone will be dying to slip on their swimsuits and head outside! Bring a new book and some sunscreen and make a day of lounging by the pool or splashing in the waves just steps away. Get a quick workout in each day at the shared fitness facility and use the free WiFi to share the best memories on social media when you come back to home base.

Start your days sunning, swimming, or walking the gorgeous beach and then break for lunch at one of several local restaurants. For fun for all ages visit Shipwreck Island Waterpark, located just across the street, as well as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not, all within a couple of miles of this vacation rental.

THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 6 above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
