Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach! Complimentary Beach Chairs included.
This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.
The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub.
The second bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it.
An extra queen size bunk bed is in the hallway. Each bunk has a private TV! There is a bonus twin size trundle bed under the bunks.
Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony.

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.
From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.
Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.
Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $55 resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Same for Motorcycles. Trailer parking is $55. Resort Pet Fee is $50 up to 7 days, $5 per day after. No pets over 25lbs.

We had a blast and the team members were great! The room was very clean and it had a lot of room for our kids to play. They loved the Smart TVs in the bunk beds! Thanks for everything and I hope to be back soon!

The view was amazing and we enjoyed the pools and hot tubs! The condo was great for our family and the kids! The bunk and trundle was very comfortable and the full size beds were great! The bathrooms were awesome! The hallway bathroom tub wasn’t draining very well but other than that it was great.

We had a wonderful stay, however we will remember not to book during Thunder Beach Motorcycle week. It was ridiculously loud! Beach, pool and condo were nice.

Room was decent. We had issues with the fridge the whole stay besides 2 nights and it was leaking very bad and ruined some of our food, the beds are super hard and the couch could use an upgrade but overall it was decent. Also only one person can shower per day because they run out of hot water.
