While you are in your unit you will have your choice of 2 bedrooms. A master with King size bed on the water with balcony access, and a guest with a queen size bed . In the hall there is a trundle bed that sleeps 2, as well as a pullout couch. This is a 20th floor unit with a terrific view of the gulf. Watch one of the 3 flat screen TVs in the condo, all with DVD players. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also, high speed wireless internet is available.

Relax on the balcony table and chairs, sun yourself on the outdoor lounge, listen to the surf, sip a glass of wine, and gaze at golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center..

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $55 resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Same for Motorcycles. Trailer parking is $55. Resort Pet Fee is $50 up to 7 days, $5 per day after. No pets over 25lbs.
