$35 – Optional second parking pass (if needed)
🐾 Pet Policy:
While we love all pups, the HOA strictly enforces a pet weight limit of 25 pounds or less.
A $75 non-refundable pet fee is included when you book (add the pups before booking)
HOA requires rabies vaccination proof and charges $50 per pet for the first week upon arrival
Please ensure your dog meets these requirements before booking.

Cozy little piece of paradise. We did not want to leave. The view of the ocean from the balcony was so peaceful in the morning while having my morning coffee. Location was convenient to everything. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Our fur baby enjoyed the adventure

We had an amazing stay at this beach vacation home! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect — just steps from the beach with gorgeous views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and relaxing. We especially loved spending mornings by the water and evenings enjoying the cozy outdoor space.
This was exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful beach vacation!

Condo was everything we were looking for.
Very clean, very comfortable, very safe, 2 min walk to the beach, great location for food, grocery stores and set up to make you feel like home sweet home.
