Get ready for a relaxing vacation at the Grand Panama Resort, centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida! This 1,458 square foot condo is spacious and overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and city with a private full balcony. Our condo is located in the second tower.

* Comfortably host a max. of 8 guests: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed with pull out trundle, and 1 twin bed. 3 huge full bathrooms!

* Private beach access- 650 ft. of sugar-white sand beach with emerald waters on the Gulf of Mexico!
* Full kitchen with a coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes/silverware needed to prepare home-cooked meals
*General store & ice cream shop at the resort
* Free Wi-Fi in unit and throughout the resort
* 3 TVs avaliable with access to cable & a Roku remote (sign in to personal account)
* Washer & dryer in the unit
* Gulf view pool, spa tub, & kiddie pool
* Roof top pool, seasonally heated with spa tub
* Tiki bar service (seasonal) & pool side grills
* Fitness center
** The resort fee is $55, plus an administration fee and applicable sales tax. Credit card processing fees may also apply.
The resort fee includes:
1. Guest wristbands, not to exceed the occupancy limit of the unit
2. One vehicle registration

- Second vehicle pass: $35
- Motorcycle registration: $55

If you have additional vehicles (more than 2), please stop by the Registration Desk in Tower 2 upon arrival to check for extra parking availability.
Please note:
During peak season (June–August), additional parking spots are very limited and may not be available.
* Guests will only be charged a one time cleaning fee. If you would like additional cleaning throughout your stay, please let us know (additional fee)

We recommend trying The Pour for breakfast!
Bike, Walk, Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Drive or Rent a gulf cart or scooter next door at Sara's Scooter World!
**Within minutes of all Panama City Beach attractions & restaurants**
We allow small pets (limit 25 lbs). We do have a $125.00 pet fee and a max of 2 pets. Grand Panama Beach Resort has a $50 per pet “pet fee” applied to the guest registration process for nights 1-7 and $5 each additional night. The pet fee will not be applicable to emotional support animals, upon proper documentation provided to the Condo Association.
Service Animals are welcome and must meet the requirements of a legally recognized disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)- Guests traveling with an ESA must provide documentation dated prior to check-in from a licensed healthcare professional (such as a physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or mental health provider). The documentation must confirm:
1. The individual has a qualifying disability.
2. The animal provides support that alleviates one or more symptoms or effects of the disability.
Guests are issued sleeves that must be visible on the animal’s leash. Red is for service animals and Blue is for emotional support animals. Guests must have their pets on a leash at all times when being transported (does not apply to service or emotional animals).
Shots are required for pets: Rabies, Bordetella, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Influenza, Canine Parvovirus, Leptospirosis. Dogs should also be flea and tick free. It is recommended to bring proof of shots to board with the Condo Association.
Restricted Breeds
For the safety and comfort of all guests, certain dog breeds are not permitted on the property. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to:

American Pit Bull Terrier
American Staffordshire Terrier
Catahoula Leopard Dog
Chow Chow
Doberman Pinscher
German Shepherd
Husky
Malamute
Pit Bull
Presa Canario
Rottweiler

This restriction applies to both purebred and mixed-breed dogs.
All pets are required to stay in the “pet friendly” areas designated by signage around the condo. All guests are required for sanitation of their animals in the condo and around the buildings.
If guests are found to be noncompliant with the Condo Association’s pet policy, there may be a fine of $100 a day per violation.

The hosts were very accommodating. They went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & happy! Very clean, stocked with everything you need! I will definitely be booking with them in my future stays at PCB!!!

We stayed in a three bedroom three bath condo. Perfect for families. There wasn’t a spatula to cook eggs, burgers…There should be multiple spatulas in the unit.
