Welcome to Grand Panama Beach Resort Tower 2, 1004, a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a cozy bunk area and wonderful views of the Gulf. Located on the 10th floor of Tower 2, just across the street from the beach, this condo enjoys an impressive easterly Gulf view.
The living room carries warm, earthy tones complemented by coastal décor featuring seashells and coral. A comfortable sleeper sofa and armchair provide plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach, while end tables and a coffee table make the room feel welcoming and complete. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV faces the seating area for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Sliding glass doors lead directly from the living room onto the balcony, bringing the Florida sunshine and Gulf views right into the heart of the condo. The balcony is complete with 4 high bar chairs and a table, providing for meals al fresco on the balcony, or enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails with a gorgeous view and a light Gulf breeze.
The dining area features a large table with seating for six. Two additional stools at the breakfast bar provide extra seating and a convenient spot for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach.
The bright kitchen features crisp white cabinetry paired with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, glass-top range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, you will find a four-slice toaster, a single serve Keurig coffee maker, an espresso machine, blender, and hand mixer. Whether you're preparing a full family dinner or simply putting together snacks for the beach, you'll have a well-equipped kitchen with cookware, cooking utensils, flatware, dinnerware, drinkware, and other everyday kitchen essentials.
Wake up to a view of the Gulf from the spacious primary bedroom. This relaxing retreat features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV positioned for comfortable viewing from bed.
Best of all, the primary bedroom has its own private access to the balcony. The adjoining en-suite bathroom offers plenty of room, with a double vanity, separate soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. This room has its own access to the second bathroom with tub/shower combo and a single vanity. The second bathroom is also accessible from the main hallway across from the bunks.
The cozy bunk area features two twin-size bunks, making it a fun sleeping space for younger guests. Each bunk even has its own wall-mounted flat-screen TV with remote, individual light, and light switch, giving each guest their own little space to relax at the end of the day. Two storage containers underneath the bottom bunk and a nightstand add extra storage for shoes, clothing, and swimwear.
A convenient laundry closet with washer/dryer is located directly across the hall from the guest bedroom, making it easy to take care of swimsuits, beach towels, and laundry during longer stays.
