We really enjoyed our stay here. The location to the beach was great and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved location and the view of the beach and oceans from the balcony! The communication with Book That Conso was great! We had trouble with the AC setting and Natasha was a HUGE help!

The condo was decent and it was right across the street from the beach. The place was clean and had decent furniture.The condo is also dog friendly so we brought our dog only to find out dogs are not allowed on the beach in Panama City.
The amount of paperwork I had to complete before the stay was crazy. I received 16 emails from the property management company prior to my arrival. Also, before I could check in on my day of arrival I had to go to the management office and sign paperwork ( a separate location from the condo).
The TV in the guest bedroom didn't work and we didn't have a spatula so I called the building management on Monday and they said they would get someone to fix the TV and would bring a spatula. On Thursday someone finally brought us a spatula and no one ever fixed the TV.
The parking garage was also being paved so it was a one way drive through part of it and you had to wait on a light to turn green at the entrance before you could go up it. It made parking a lengthy process.
Overall we had a good trip but we won't be back to this condo complex.
