This Gulf-front vacation condo in Panama City Beach, FL is the perfect choice for a family getaway or retreat with friends. For those who want an extended monthly stay this condo is also snowbird-friendly! This unit is also pet friendly for one dog up to 25 pounds, a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 is extra and will be added to the booking. Also, the resort does charge a $50 ( plus for longer stays) fee to register your pet.
As you arrive to your home away from home, the first thing to catch your eye is the gorgeous views of the beach! The Grand 1601 - "Sunset Point" features water views and a private wrap around balcony. This makes for the perfect space to sit back and relax to the sounds of the rolling surf.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo can easily accommodate up to eight guests. Each member of your travel party will find ample space to spread out. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub, plus a double vanity. The Guest bedroom has a Queen Bed and ensuite bath with a tub shower combo that is also accessed from the hallway by the third bedroom which has a queen as well. Off the hallway, the twin bed and twin trundle are a great for families with children. Certainly lots of laughter coming from this corner!

Room was great as expected and clean. If I had to nitpick at one thing paying a tiny amount upfront and then having to pay one huge amount 30 days prior would be a turn off for many possible vacationers. Having the choice to do a half and half or deposit then two payments would have been better.

Excellent stay! This location is perfect for families. The condo has 3 very nice-sized bedrooms and 2 baths. 1 king and 2 queen sized beds (listing says all kings) in the 3 rooms. There is a nook near the kitchen with 2, twin beds. The views for the condo windows and balcony are breathtaking. A few recommendations for future travelers. Bring the necessities as the condo comes with very limited start up supplies or none for certain items (e.g., laundry detergent, dish soap/dishwasher pods, soap for bathrooms, small salt/pepper for kitchen). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cookware. This unit did have a hairdryer at the time of our travel. Overall, we would come back and stay again!
