This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

HOA Registration Requirements:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

Everything was great with our stay. The only hiccup was that the cleaning crew was still there when we arrived, but everything else was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

It was a great stay, the host was very helpful and friendly. The condo was the perfect place to stay in PCB. It was clean, well lit and easy to access.

The condo was nice and stocked well. However it was not as clean as we would like. I understand it’s the beach right! Lots of sand everywhere inside the condo. Someone before us had a black dog that left hair everywhere. We stayed during tropical storm Fred. We received emails stating to bring in the patio furniture. Which was already in when we arrived. The day before the storm hit we spent on the beach. My wife and daughter went to use the bathroom and found a man in the condo removing the furniture and outside rugs. We got no notice they were coming in. Notice would be nice! Other than the few issues the view was great and the location was perfect.
