THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 15.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a very nice place, the staff is very friendly. The only complaint we had was the poolside bathroom needs rubber mats. It becomes a skating rink when wet feet that floor.

Great location. Very clean. Great response to request upon arrival. Coffee carafe missing for coffee maker. Vacasa purchased a new coffee maker and delivered it to the unit.

The view was beautiful. The unit itself well, the carpet needs to be cleaned or removed, smelt musty, couch needs replaced, recliner doesn't work. The kitchen well needs new pots and pans nonstick skillet was rusty couldn't use. The dishes are chipped. The water pressure in master bathroom while using shower is bad. The baseboards are filthy. Will not be staying in this unit again. Love Sterling Reef.
