The only complaint was that our linen, had a stain that looked like a streak of blood towards the foot of the bed. We removed the sheets.

Area rug, couch and chair needs to be cleaned. Electrical wire exposed. Would have been nice to have known the following; limited access to our balcony, patio and pool area due to construction. We did rent another condo at Sterling Reef last year and had a wonderful experience.
