-Very detailed check-in and parking information from the owner on a timely manner.-Unit was clean and all the necessary kitchen items were available.-A large balcony with a direct ocean view was awesome!. -Master bedroom also has direct ocean view.-Only steps away from the beach that can be accessed through the gate near to the pool.-Overall great experience for our 2 days stay. I would definitely recommend this for a stay at PCB.

I gave the property 3 stars just because the responsiveness of the owner was really good.
While we were driving to the condo the owner called and stated the unit wouldn't be cleaned on time for check in but we made some stops so it wasn't a big deal. When we arrived onsite most of the parking was taken but we were able to find a spot. The elevators here are a disaster. Just like the other posts have stated the wait for an elevator could be 10 maybe 15 minutes. Access was simple and worked perfectly.
When we got inside the place seemed nice but the unit looked like it had not been cleaned so well. There was still sand from the previous rental all over the floor throughout the unit. The rug in the living room looked like it should have been replaced years ago. The couch had a major stain on it. The front bedroom was nice and everything looked good but the Master bedroom had dried blood on the comforter.
This was a family trip so I had my 3 year old with me and we noticed no child proof locks on the doors and thought that was strange considering the entire building was full of families with small children. Day 2 a toilet stopped functioning properly so I called the owner and he was right on it.
The view and the gulf was beautiful as expected and is the best part about this trip. There is plenty to do and good restaurants near by.
I would not stay here again. I think this is made more for people who like to party because intoxicated people were everywhere. If partying is what you are looking for this is your place.
I was giving VRBO one last chance but I think I will start going back to the Resorts when I vacation.
