***Parking*** Sterling Reef guest will register their vehicle(s) through the registration system, GuestSVCS, prior to arrival. A license plate reader will be located at the entrance of the parking garage that will read the plates of the incoming vehicles.
After booking, you will receive an email from GuestSVCS providing a link where you will register your vehicle(s) and pay for parking directly through the service.
Should you have any changes before your arrival, you will be able to update your information using the link provided.
Parking cost: $50 per vehicle *2 vehicle max
*No pets allowed
*Renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying in unit during the reserved dates
*This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or in any common areas. Smoking is permitted in the designated area only, located on Sky Terrace Level 3
*Contactless check-in and check-out
*Snowbird friendly (ask us about Snowbird Specials!!)
*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.
*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay. Just let us know what you will need and we will make sure it is in the condo before your arrival!
*Parking: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking garage is underneath the building. Guests will register vehicle(s) through GuestSVCS and may park anywhere in the garage. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats or trailers are allowed on the property/parking garage.
*Garage height limitation: 7 Feet
*No oversized vehicles allowed on the property.

The condo was very clean and well kept with an amazing view. Kristy went out of her way to help us with a parking issue since my truck is oversized and wouldn't fit in the parking deck. Will absolutely book again in the future.

The condo was amazing very clean, had everything we needed plus. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The resort is in a great location close to everything without the beach being overfilled we definitely will be booking again. Kristy was easy to reach with any questions I had

Beautiful condo, beautiful view very clean really was a great place. Definitely thinking about booking you for next year. The owners were very responsive very quick with their responses really never had a problem with anything.
