Each unit currently is allowed only two vehicles to park on site at any given time.
Motorcycles may park two/three Motorcycles in one space but still only two parking spaces per unit.
All Motorcycles, must park in the Pit Parking, which is located at the East end of the building.
No trailer is allowed to be parked on site.

Loved the condo! PROS: Very spacious. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Close to elevator. GREAT view! CONS: only 2 elevators for 18 floors of rooms. Sometimes the wait was VERY long -- 20-25 minutes, in the heat. Also, luggage carriers were small in size and very few in number. Hard to find one.

Overall, I give the rating of the condo a 3 out of 5 stars. The moment we arrived, it was 75 degrees in the condo. Extremely hot for people lugging in children and luggage in the FL heat. The fridge wasn’t cold. It took HOURS to get the fridge to a decent temperature for milk and juice for our kids. In which, they had to do without until that time. The freezer drawer wouldn’t open. It took over 12 hours before someone came out to look at it. We spent well over $80 in ice for the week since the ice maker didn’t work.
The dryer didn’t work.
The rugs weren’t vacuumed at all.
We had to scrub the bath tubs before we put our kids in it.
The beds are being held up by plastic bed risers, which BROKE while my 3 year old was laying on the bed.
On a positive note - the condo was in a great location. Easy access to the beach. Not very crowded. Right next to a beautiful pier. The pool was nice. Kitchen was clean. Beds were clean.
The couch pulled out into a bed, which came in handy.
The owner was responsive when we reached out multiple times regarding multiple different things.
