The room had 2 bed's and the price was very reasonable.
I didn't like the bathroom was too small and a bit uncomfortable and the room didn't have any lamp.

- Friendly staff.
- Staff helped and were reachable whenever I had queries or requests.
- Size of the room was okay for a family room.
- A fridge was provided, so we were able to store food, given that no breakfast service was provided. This was actually an added bonus because it made the whole stay more convenient.
- Heating, though provided from night two to night three at my request, was inconsistent and made us overheat at times, simply because it was hard to control the settings. However, the staff was very helpful in getting it working for our room.
- Some of the towels didn't feel clean enough, and all of them were very small. So, we had to select the ones we felt were the cleanest.
- Toilet seat was loose and flimsy.

i did not realise the property had no lifts 🛗. family member found it extremely hard going up and down the stairs
