Die FeWo hat eine super Lage zur Altstadt- ein paar min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte in der Nähe. Mit der Königscard ,die es zur Wohnung dazu gibt,sind viele Eintritte kostenlos! Den Bus kann man ebenso kostenlos nutzen ,mit der Königscard! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Das Haus ist nach hinten versetzt und somit vom Straßenlärm abgeschirmt. Tiefgarage war vorhanden!
Ein Bett knarrt bei Bewegung sehr laut. Nicht alle Töpfe hatten einen Deckel. Eine Nacht und einen Tag war es im Haus sehr laut,wegen einer Bewohnerin,die ausgerastet ist.Der Vermieter weiß Bescheid! und sucht nach Abhilfe!
