Marco (the host) is the sweetest! The location was perfect, the room was super cosy, everything was super clean, there is a small breakfast (cornflakes, yoghurt, croissants), no remarks. 100% recommended!! Marco even makes his own olive oil and it is the best olive oil we ever had.

A fantasy cottage in a magical garden. The nature around the house is Just beautiful. Plenty of sitting areas in the garden.

Oh boy, really not much of anything. The bed was a bit firm, but gees, this is personal opinion, hardly a game changer. Perhaps to note (not a complaint), the provided breakfast is a very good supply of dry goods.

Piccolo paradiso

Un bellissimo posto tranquillo in mezzo al verde.La casa era bella pulita ordinata. Siccome era una camera aredata più classica avevo proprio la sensazione delle storie dei libri che prescrivono case Toscane.. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Unica pecca era la strada..una piccola parte per arrivare era difficilmente accessibile con la nostra macchina..

Bella e accogliente

Molto bella la struttura nel verde e con l'interno accogliente. Letti e cuscini comodi, colazione varia e completa già all'interno dell'abitazione.

La posizione un po' isolata e buia, la stradina molto stretta per raggiungere il casale con profonde buche e terreno molto alto da toccare il fondo dell'auto (a meno che non si possegga un suv), la stufa a pellet che garantiva il calore interno, ma rumorosa e luminosa fino a mezzanotte e poi dalle 5 del mattino. In più il bagno è privo di saponi per fare una doccia.

Tranquillità e cortesia nella campagne pistoiesi.

La camera era al piano terra in un edificio della tenuta, cui si arriva con qualche minuto di una strada asfaltata secondaria (che prosegue per il laghetto Gabbiano), e alla fine un viale alberato della tenuta, e un cancello con telecomando. Il navigatore ci ha portato facilmente (un po' di attenzione sulla rotonda da cui parte la stradina asfaltata). Abbiamo trovato il proprietario, gentilissimo, ad attenderci. Camera grande con piccola cucina, dove era disponibile la colazione, il tostapane , il frigo con gli alimenti da frigo, uova, la macchina per il caffè. La camera ha riscaldamento e condizionatore. Letto confortevole. (Ci sono due letti matrimoniali). Essendo in aperta campagna, è silenziosissima.

Ottima vacanza in Toscana

Depandance arredata con gusto, completa di tutto quanto potesse servire per il nostro soggiorno. Con sorpresa abbiamo trovato già nella dispensa latte, uova, caffè, the e quanto potesse servire per fare colazione (incluso yogurt e succhi di frutta in frigorifero). Gestori molto cordiali e disponibili alle richieste fatte. Posto molto bello. E' stato molto divertente giocare con il bulldog Soraya che è stata molto disponibile ed amichevole noi nostri confronti

Un suggerimento: sarebbe utile controllare periodicamente il viale d'ingresso alla proprietà in modo da minimizzare le buche che si formano nella parte ghiaiata. In questo modo anche vetture "basse" riescono a raggiungerla in modo agevole.

Soggiorno perfetto!

La depandance è bellissima all'interno della proprietà situata in mezzo al verde. L'interno è molto accogliente, super pulito e ben attrezzato. Nonostante il molto verde presente non abbiamo trovato nessun insetto all'interno né zanzare, punto molto importante per me che sono fobica a riguardo :). I letti super comodi, abbiamo dormito benissimo senza alcun rumore. Sicuramente lo terremo presente per i nostri prossimi viaggi. Altro punto di forza è il parcheggio all'interno della proprietà.

L´emplacement de l´établissement est vraiment retiré de la ville et très calme , c´est une villa fermée donc pas de problème de parking , le portail est automatique.
