The room was very big and well arranged, very big and clean.The breakfast was very delicious and the plus is that you can take your breakfast up on the balcony where you can admire all Palermo.Very suggestive

We had a nice stay the room is good size and clean. Balcony view nice and staff were friendly and very helpful at breakfast.
The rooftop is only accessible for breakfast hours which I don’t feel was advertised. Nice for your meal but a shame it cannot be utilised to chill / sunset.

The accommodation is a large apartment with 4 or 5 individual rooms for guests. The building itself is decent and the apartment and rooms are very nice. The rooftop terrace has a nice view of Palermo. The owner (?) was a very sweet lady. The continental breakfast had a lot of tasty choices. We found street parking a couple streets away.
The water took a long time to warm up but eventually did. A couple things in the room didn’t fully function but overall the room was nice. The neighborhood had quite a bit of trash on the streets between the apartment and the nearby tourist area although the area seemed safe.

Really friendly
No access to the rooftop, it is 2 floor more up and you are not allowed to go there alone and only for the times when they have the breakfast.
