Right it the heart of the Old town yet peaceful and relaxing. The ability to breakfast outside and use the beautiful spacious garden is a huge bonus. Don’t be put off by the fact it’s next door to what is known locally as “the English pub” the lane that it’s on is the quietest thoroughfare in the Old Town and the pub has a lovely chilled vibe …Will recommend this property to all -

Nothing to dislike

**Location** The location was excellent — right in the centre of Budva Old Town with restaurants, bars and everything you need right outside the door. Despite this, the property itself was peaceful and quiet once inside. **Property & Garden** The garden area was beautifully maintained with green grass, flowering plants and plenty of tables and chairs for guests to use. There were also loungers for relaxing in the sun and an outdoor shower to cool down. Everything was spotless throughout our stay. **Apartment** The apartment was spacious, modern and extremely clean. It felt recently renovated and very fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a good-sized fridge, which made longer stays really easy. The bathroom was modern and included both a washing machine and hairdryer. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and the bedding and pillows all felt new and high quality. There were TVs in both the bedroom and living area which was a nice extra touch. **Host & Staff** Matije was very helpful with excellent communication before and during our stay. Angela was always friendly and kept the whole property immaculate. **Overall** I would highly recommend this property. It is perfect if you want to stay in the middle of Budva Old Town while having a quiet and comfortable place to return to each day.

Nothing not to like

Really amazing property with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our flat was beautifully decorated with very high-quality furnishings, spotlessly clean, and had everything that you could possibly need - fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, lots of closet space, good soundproofing, and extremely comfortable beds. Good communication with the hosts throughout, and no problem finding or accessing the accommodations upon arrival. We also enjoyed sitting out in the lovely garden. I would give this property my highest recommendation.
