Exceptional property in a beautiful old town.

The property is stunning. We rented two apartments and were on the 3rd floor next to each other. It was my wife and I in one and our two adult children in the other. Very nice layout, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, nice views out to the garden and the sea. The garden is also very nice for sitting in and relaxing. The location in the heart of old town is perfect. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Just can't say enough good things about this property.

Perfect location. Really helpful hosts and friendly staff. Super easy check-in and check-out Replaced our towels after a couple of days which was a nice touch we were not expecting.

Only thing was that the lights in the garden were on really late and shined through the windows even with the shutters closed but ultimately didn’t bother us that much. Also the bell tower chiming all hours of the night woke us a couple of times but that’s because we were so close in the Old Town so couldn’t be helped.

Perfect location, everything we needed was within walking distance. Great communication from our host made check in/ out easy. Very clean apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and pillows. We loved spending some time in the private communal garden. We would definitely stay here again!

Superb Apartment in Budva Old Town

From the moment we made the booking to walking out of the door at the end of our lovely vacation, all of the staff involved with the apartment were absolutely superb. They could not have been more warm and friendly at all, as well as being completely capable and efficient. The apartments themselves are in excellent order, have everything you need and are beautifully located in the Old Town. This is probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed in.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment, the staff, the location or the welcome we received. It is simply superb.

It was unforgettably cool!

We were delighted when we saw this hotel - this is the best place in the old town of Budva. By all criteria. The view from the window is magnificent: from the living room - the sea, mountains and the city, and from the bedroom - the old streets of the city - a feeling as if you live in the 16th-17th centuries. Inside, excellent repair, everything you need, equipment, all the amenities, everything in perfect cleanliness. Downstairs - a magnificent well-kept garden, where you can spend the whole day. Despite the noisy city around, it is very quiet and secluded here. Sun loungers, a summer refreshing shower, turtles crawling, a carpet of grass under your feet, and everything around is green. Just some kind of paradise. You want to not just come back here, but live here all your life. Thanks to the owners of this wonderful place, you are great that you maintain your heritage in such perfect condition. Mati and your mom, you are just wonderful. ❤️

Top quality apartment in fantastic location

The apartment was immaculate - a beautiful combo of modern and historic, incorporating elements such as beams and stone walls. We stayed in number 5 on the top floor and had a great view of Budva bay and “Hawaii” island. The location was fantastic - in the centre of the old town - but super quiet. It also had a beautiful garden with sun loungers - perfect for when you wanted a bit of respite from the busy Budva beaches. Special mention to the two friendly tortoises who resided in the garden 🐢

A wonderful stay in a top-located apartment in Budva old town, with great hosts. Clean and nicely furnished with a comfo

Trifunovic apartments are situated in Budva old town, towards the rear near the sea wall of the fort. The location was perfect for us and being off one of the rear walkways we were off the busy old town thoroughfares whilst being at the centre of activity. It was about a 10 minute walk to the main beach area, which was great for a beach day but we would choose the old town for our accommodation every time. The ground floor apartment was well appointed and we had access to quite a big beautiful and secluded private garden, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Our hosts were very helpful during the stay and on our leave day we were given a late check-out from the apartment and could stay in the garden as long as we wanted.

Apart from one window to the rear, there was virtually no natural light. The two windows to the front of the apartment were obscured glass, which was necessary for privacy but also kept out a lot of the light. The lovely garden balanced things out.

Great place to stay in old town Budva

Location was great, very close to all, but a bit on the end of old town, so not as crowded. The view of the apartment was very pretty, the apartment had high ceilings and beams as it was on the last floor. The garden is very nice to relax a bit on the shade.

It was somehow noisy to sleep as there is a pub just outside. There is no AC in the bedroom, just in the living room. The kitchen could be better equipped with utensils, very limited if you want to cook.

Great apartment in perfect location

Excellent location in the old town close to everything. The host was quick to respond and left keys for us to check in and we could leave our luggage. The room was spacious, clean and had a small kitchen. The garden space is beautiful and peaceful amongst the old town which is unexpected. The kitchen was well equipped, there was shower gel, a good shower, comfy soft bed, good air con, water on arrival. It was quiet considering it's amongst all the bars and restaurants which was great.

The room had a slight musty / damp smell so maybe some air freshener could help.

Modern and new.

This is clearly a very new apartment. It was a great size and layout and everything worked well. There was nothing missing that we could have wished for. The washing machine was a god-send. The location is fantastic, easy walk to everything in the old town while still being peaceful. We were ground floor, street front and had no noise from the street. The communal courtyard is great for relaxing. This is one of the two best places we stayed in Montenegro.

The wifi is pretty patchy, but that’s not surprising- the whole old town is like a Faraday cage, and internet is patchy everywhere.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Budva Old Town

Superb location in the heart of the old town, including a garden and shady patio area. (which was a lovely bonus in such hot weather) We stayed in the studio apartment, Mimosa, which was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful holiday there and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Amazing view

The apartment was in the middle of the old town and in the beautiful historical building it was a modern renovated place. The view is wonderful. It was clean and price was very reasonable for it. Communication was good.

There were no hotel slippers, maybe they would have provided them if we had asked. But this should have been provided as standard. There was a water heater (thermosiphon) in the bathroom, when the hot water in it runs out you have to take a cold shower and the hot water in it is not enough for one person. The water takes a long time to heat up, ours never even heated up afterwards. There was no bidet tap. Warning, if you are coming by car, definitely park in a paid area, there is no free area. No matter where you park your car that is free, if the license plate is from a different country they will tow it. The parking fine is 107 euros, the average parking fee is 20 euros. Parking fees are very high in Budva, this is a complete scam.

The perfect location to relax while visiting and enjoying Budva Old Town

We absolutely loved staying here. The modern apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. We can’t think of a more perfect location when visiting Budva. The views from the top floor are incredible but even the view from the 1st floor of the stunning garden is lovely too. A special mention to Matija, the host/manager who’s communication and endless help and friendly nature made our stay a great pleasure

My partner and I stayed at the Apartment Trifunovic Old Town during our holidays in Budva. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment. Its brand new, spacious, and clean nature, combined with the comfortable beds, good AC and wifi, and quiet location, made it a truly memorable stay. Apartment offered excellent amenities but we did notice a lack of shower gel, slippers, and bathrobe, however, this was a minor inconvenience, It didn't impact our overall experience. It's just a reminder for future guests to bring their own. We appreciated the owner's attention to detail and helpfulness in providing directions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others seeking a delightful experience in the heart of the old town.

The location is great, apartments have everything you need and shops and restaurants are located within a 30-60 second walk. The beach is also just a few minutes walk away. The garden and outside area is serene and well kept, it was just a great experience!

Clean, comfortable, modern apartment in a great location.

This apartment in the centre of the old town was absolutely lovely - very comfortable, modern, clean and the host Matija was very friendly and helpful, going out of his way to assist us. It’s in a great location and has a beautiful view from the top floor apartments. The bed was also super comfy. The garden is beautiful and and makes up for not having a balcony.

It is quite a walk from the train station and taxis are not able to get into the old town so if you have heavy luggage, it is quite a walk to get to the apartment from where the taxis stop. My only recommendation would be to have some basic amenities such as coffee sachets, tea bags, salt & pepper provided which I feel would really make it that much more comfortable!
