ACE IS THE PLACE!

Very comfortable and extremely helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Would have kettle in the bedroom to make tea and coffees but staff very helpful in assisting with thui request.

We will never stay at another Ace hotel.

Its location.

Disgraceful, unhelpful staff. Did not want to know that the drain in our shower room was blocked and flooded the whole room with water without draining. Asked for another room, but was told there were no rooms available and nothing she could do. Really not bothered at all. We had to change hotels and told we could not have a refund, we had to apply for it.

The secure car park was great. The gate closes at night but if you are in, you can leave at any time. We didn't have breakfast but I think it's great that it starts at 6 am. The staff is very nice too. A few minutes by car to Troyes town centre.

Nice stopover on route to south of France.

Hotel was what we expected its a budget motel a little difficult to find at first, as it sits back inside an area of the main road, and we drove around twice and missed it, having said that once we spotted the Ace Sign above, we were ok, breakfast is nice, well presented, the room was passable, reasonable bed quality, warm, with an ok bathroom, but we were on our way down through France and we booked this hotel as a stopover on route to another destination, it worked well.

Nice seafood restaurant is on the complex, good to have it on site, had a great meal there at reasonable pricing.

Rooms were clean and location off the highway with steak restaurant next door was a plus.
