Quick last minute stop

Private parking, nice host and breakfast simple but enough for a short stay. It was an ok stay for a one night, emergency stop.

Bed was tiny, too this and uncomfortable. Not suited for us (my husband is quite tall) and we didn't manage to sleep at all. Walls are very thin so you can hear every other guest moving and talking around.

An economical and pleasant stay, breaking up a long travel of two days.

Much of the room and bathroom seemed very new and clean. Breakfast was good value.

Toilet seat was a bit wobbly and needs fixing.

Does what it says on the tin!

This is a basic stop-over hotel rather than a full "stay for a holiday" one. It is well-priced and does everything you need very effectively. As long as you accept that your neither staying at, nor paying for, The Ritz, then you'll be pretty happy with your choice.

For what I paid?....it would be unreasonable to expect anything more than the very effective provision offered.

A good location for a good price to have a rest when travelling across France!

Flexible arrival time, friendly owner, private parking, quiet and well equipped room for a short stay when travelling. Not my first stay and not my last one!

Clean, comfortable room

Room was clean and comfortable, good for our one night stay. Hotel about 15mins from Troyes by car. Good parking. Nice breakfast.

Couldn't check in until 5pm. Room had a kettle but no cups. We didn't find out until the next morning that there was a coffee and snack machine in the breakfast room.

Very good value but a good 20 minute walk into Troyes. Also take note of check in times as it is impossible to check in

location was good for us

poor quality bed, shower over a very scratch bath, not many sockets for charging in the room only two, no smoke alarm visible in the room, lime scale in the toilet, as soon as you walk into the reception there was a distinct smell of damp not pleasant.

Exelant place to stay for night.

Apartment very clean, small,but comfortable for 1 night. There is a ☕ and bottle water 👍. Even 🛁. Nice place.

Little noisily, but it depends on neighbors. For me it's ok, but I was with dog, and didn't want to disturb anyone with barking.

Lots of Charm - Very little soundproofing

It was easy to find. Parking was great. Direct access through your own door to the little garden area was brilliant for us because we have a small dog. Staff were friendly, welcoming and gave us a discount for a local Courtepaille restaurant which was within walking distance, very pleasant and dog friendly.

Through no fault of the owners there was a lot of noise from severs other guests playing music late into the night and with no real sound proofing it was very difficult to sleep. The pillows need to be replaced and the toilet needs a good scrub.

Location excellent, breakfast pretty good (if you managed to get a croissant!), room fine and nice to have French doors to outside space, very quiet. Reception staff very jolly. Overall everything “correcte”.

apart from the terrace gardens, which were lovely, there was no social area in the hotel.

everthing was ok, but this is a working mans/womans location, not conducive for a family friend stay.

The front off house staff need to be a little more friendly.
