A hidden gem

Lovely comfortable apartment. Plenty of room, beautiful decoration. Super friendly host and lovely croissants and bread for breakfast. Would stay again.

Not immediately easy to park but managed to come back later and find space.

A welcoming host but our stay fell a little short of expectations.

Courtyard garden, comfy bed

Expected more of the breakfast which was offered with this stay. It was only bread and croissants. Expected more variety such as cereal, fruit or yoghurt. Shower head was mostly blocked with limescale and Wi-Fi a bit flaky, the TV wouldn’t get a signal.

An amazing stay with a wonderful host

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was lovely homemade jam and milkshake for the children. Very clean and everything was there you would need. Outside area was beautiful and we enjoyed takeaway pizza under pretty lights. Can’t wait to return one day. And the hosts artwork was wonderful

Perfect for our stopover on the way to Basque Country.

Gorgeous little place with a great yard and a lovely host. Enough space for a family. Aude made us feel very welcome and even brought us fresh croissants and coffee in the morning.

We have travelled a lot in France and this is now one of our new favourite stays. What a wonderful and gracious host. The apartment is beautiful with wonderful art. We were cared for really well and it was just the stay we needed after a few days hotel hopping back up to Calais. Troyes is well worth the stop with great history and architecture as well as an exciting art scene. I wish we had, had time to stay longer. We shall next time. Stay here you won't regret it.

The sat nav. brought us to the street behind. Which is not a complaint but a tip for the next traveller.

Great studio apartment near to old city centre.

Lovely welcome. Very cosy ground floor apartment. Nicely decorated and lots of art. Great facilities, lovely terrace and seating area outside. Tea, coffee and confiture provided along with milk and orange juice. Lovely breakfast brought to the room. Lovely cats visited including the owner's one! Free street parking and very easy access to Troyes old town. Large free car park nearby which is five minute walk to start of old town.

Arrived at 14.00 and spoke to lady to arrange when we could book in as we were a bit early. She was not happy to see us and told me to come back at 16.00 as she still needed to vacuum the carpet!!. We came back just after 16.00 but now the gate was LOCKED and we could not enter the premises. A clear sign the we are not welcome until 17.00. We shouted " halo , halo" but no response from her. By now I was fairly fed-up with sitting in our car for hours and being treated like a criminal. We went into city centre an booked into a lovely hotel without any problems

We loved AudeClaire. The rooms were really well arranged, with separate spaces for the kids. They loved the bunk beds! Breakfast was really nice and great to have it included! It was a quiet neighbourhood so a great night's sleep.

Provided, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, toast and brioche. Maybe some warm croissants would have been nice as we were in France.

Tricky to find in the dark but we called and the lady came out and showed us where to park.

Lovely spacious accommodation with a good sized terrace.

It is a lovely space that belongs to only you and your group. Very spacious and comfortable rooms with a very nice terrace. I saw many photos before we visited but non of them really justifies the real space and comfort you feel. We had 2 labradors, they seemed super chilled there. A lady runs this accommodation privately and it is in a residential area. If you are looking for something quiet and peaceful you will definitely love it.
